Delivery, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Policy

Domestic Delivery:
1. We offer delivery across India on select items.
2. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are put into production the following working day.
3. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to get completed and dispatched, provided payment is received and stock availability is confirmed.
4. The orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or military addresses
5. Certain domestic addresses (remote/ disturbed/regulated) require additional days to deliver.
6. For shipments delivered outside Karnataka, the customer’s state might charge additional
tax/ duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed and customers are responsible for these charges.
a. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Tracking:
1. e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.
2. For any query, please mail us at woof@caninecraving.com.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Canine Craving for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Products once sold, can not be cancelled

Exception
1. After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under order history.
2. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email at woof@caninecraving.com with your Order Number.

General Scenario
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Canine Craving has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Canine Craving decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation of Order by Canine Craving
Canine Craving reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the customer shall be informed of the same.

Return
As our products are perishable, all sales are final. Canine Craving will be happy to replace any product(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged/ spoiled / contaminated in any way during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to its destination. Canine Craving will not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you provided to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day of arrival. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier, but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements to receive your product when delivered.

In case you wish to return the product owing damaged/ spoiled / contaminated in any way during
transit, please send us at least two clear pictures or videos or both consisting at woof@caninecraving.com consisting of the following:
1. Product in the original package as you received it, preferably showing the sign of damage (if any)
2. Clear view of the damaged/ spoilt/ contaminated product
The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your evidence is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
1. First check your bank account/e-wallet/credit card statement again.
2. Then contact your bank/e-wallet/ credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at woof@caninecraving.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, no exchange option available.

Shipping
1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
